How can we do
all this for free?
On Bridging Loans, all brokers receive a payment from the lender when the loan completes. This payment does not affect the fees, costs or interest rate charged by the lender to the Borrower.
Other brokers often charge additional fees to their clients unnecessarily. With Impera, you really won’t pay a fee. No fee for our advice and no fee for our service.
You’ll pay no more applying through us than you would going directly to the lender on the same deal – but we’ll also handle the entire process for you from application right through to completion.
